This page summarizes Copper Ledge’s current data practices for early customer conversations and controlled pilots. Final obligations are set in the applicable customer agreement.
Information we use
We use contact details submitted for a walkthrough to respond to that request. For an agreed Mission, we use only approved business context and evidence needed to provide the service.
Early pilots should avoid unnecessary personal information, credentials, payment-card data, and sensitive or regulated data unless separately reviewed and approved.
Customer control
Customer-provided business information remains customer-controlled. Copper Ledge uses it to provide the agreed service and does not sell it. Private organization information is not intentionally disclosed to another customer.
Service providers
Approved hosting, authentication, storage, communication, or model providers may process minimized information where needed to provide an enabled and approved feature. Provider-specific terms and data handling are confirmed for the applicable service and customer scope.
Access, retention, and requests
Access requires authentication for protected product areas and is scoped through organization membership and application/database controls. Retention, export, deletion, and offboarding terms are agreed before customer data is entered. General self-service bulk export or deletion is not currently represented as available.
